Oliver nearly fit now, and here is our new puppy Cody.....Oliver presque adapté maintenant, et voici notre nouveau chiot Cody
Oliver is now in his field each day, and he is enjoying the freedom after months in his stable. I thought he might go mad at first and injure himself again, so I got some sedative from the vet, but he would not take it. I did not need to worry, because he just trotted round for a while then started eating grass. He has a muzzle on which restricts how much grass he can eat, because at this time of year too much causes circulation problems which can lead to serious feet problems. I am riding him every day, increasing the work slowly, and we now have 90 minutes at a time. He is building up muscles again and looks good!
Also we have visited our new puppy with his mother, and will be getting him soon. Before that I want to try to get a brief vacation in France if I can, (just me and a tent!) because I will have to be full time Mum for him for a while once he arrives. We are going to call him Cody.
Oliver est maintenant dans son domaine chaque jour, et il il apprécie la liberté après des mois dans son écurie. J'ai pensé qu'il pourrait devenir fou au début et se blesser encore, ainsi j'ai obtenu un certain sédatif du vétérinaire, mais il ne le prendrait pas. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de m'inquiéter, parce qu'il juste a trotté en rond pendant un moment puis commencé à manger l'herbe. Il a un museau sur lequel limite combien d'herbe il peut manger, parce qu'à cette époque trop pose les problèmes de circulation qui peuvent mener aux pieds sérieux des problèmes. Je suis équitation il journalier, augmentant le travail lentement, et nous avons maintenant 90 minutes à la fois. Il accumule des muscles encore et semble bon !
Également nous avons visité notre nouveau chiot avec sa mère, et l'obtiendrons bientôt. Avant que je veux essayer d'avoir de brèves vacances en France si je peux, (juste moi et une tente !) parce que je devrai être maman à plein temps pour lui pendant un moment une fois il arrive.
